Finding the entrance : in the tower (see photo), take the same entrance as the CIC bank, then take directly the excalators to level -1. Congress registration is at level -1 (don't go to the registration desk of the CIC bank at level 0).
Luggage storage service on Friday the 30th (8H00--13H30): A luggage storage service will be ensured in room "Beijing". It is mandatory to put a name tag on all your luggage.
Coming to Bordeaux By plane: airport code: BOD. Bus line n°1 goes from the airport to downtown (stop in front of terminal B, 1-way tickets cost 1.50 EUR and can be purchased from the driver). To reach the conference center from the airport, change at "Victoire" to take Tram B, direction "Berges de la Garonne", stop "CAPC". A taxi ride costs about 40 EUR. By train: the main station "Bordeaux Saint-Jean" is connected by public transport (e.g. tram line C). For the tram, purchase the tickets from vending machines on the platform. Public transport: highly recommended in Bordeaux. (unfortunately we won't be able to subsidy the public transport tickets).
Lodging: Organization of your lodging is up to you. The conference center is close to the city center, where many hotels are available (70-120 EUR/night). Rooms or appartments can also be found on booking.com or airbnb. The Hotel Mercure Cité Mondiale gives direct access to the conference center.
